Dimensional Collage Fragment

It's hard to believe that we are on week #34 for the Compendium of Curiosities Challenges on Linda's blog http://studiol3.blogspot.com. I did pretty good for the first part of the challenges in keeping up but life got in the way of completing all of the challenges, but it has been great to try different techniques which I might not have tried otherwise. Thank you Linda for doing them!!

For this weeks challenge Dimensional Collage Fragment I made a banner, I have totally been addicted to banners lately!! I used Graphic 45 On the Boardwalk Collection, and used the big fragment so I could get a lot on there, just love Graphic 45 paper!! I'm still not sure about the blue flower on there, I might change it out we'll see. Now I'm off to play with some new Distress Stains I got in the mail yesterday!! Yippee!!

CCC#7

Quick short post tonight.
Wow, didn't think I was going to make it in the challenge this week, been a crazy week!!
Managed to whip something up today. Seems like everyone is into spools since Wendy posted her Arts Parts on her blog, so thought I would give one a try. Can't wait for her Art Parts to hit the stores!! The challenge this week on Linda's blog was Tinted Vision Fragments. This was my first time doing this technique, not the best but will diffently do it again.

I'm off tomorrow morning to go to the lake camping with Landi & family. Can't wait, love watching the boys having fun in the water. And I'm looking forward to a few days of relaxation!!

Funky Necklace

I have drank way to much coke tonight, not tired! I have a busy day tomorrow and I'm so going to regret it!!!! I decided to finish a project I have been working on. I made this funky necklace using fragments, memory glass and frame, some of Tim's Ideaology and Wendy's stamps. I used frosted glass in the frame as that is what I had on hand but I think I will order some clear ones and change it. I think I will also order the more silver frames and change that to when they come in. It was a fun little project to make!
