Well no creative things to show today. I'm working on a couple of things but didn't have everything I needed and couldn't find it locally, so had to resort to ordering on line. Bummer!!! Won't be in until Fri. So frustrating!

Check out Tim's blog today, he has a video of using rock candy! Need to get some of that!

My sister is coming from CA today, hopefully family picnic on Sat. Can't wait to see her! Should be fun and I'm sure I will fill up my camera again! lol I'm known to my kids & grandkids as grannie flash! What can I say, can't help it!

It's going to be a beautiful day out today, so hope to spend some time outdoors. Should clean my craft room but oh well we don't get that many nice days so we need to take advantage of them when we can!

Here is a few photos of two of my grandkids from the last time they were here. They are so much fun! They all will be coming this weekend, the guys are taking Caidin fishing on Sun. Hope they get some great pictures!

Book Mark

I have been a little scarce here, busy, busy! I had Landi's boys over the weekend they always keep me busy! Bridger was a little accident prone this weekend and had to take him home with a black eye and goose egg on his forehead! Wooooo he gave his grannie a scare! I was so stressed I didn't even take a picture after it was all over! Do you believe that!!! Boy I'm slipping! No actually was very worried! But he is a tough little guy and came through it better then me!!! Needless to say this time I was really glad to bring him home!!!! I did get some photos of them playing in the little pool so will post those soon, hopefully in a layout.

I got a new bind-it-all last Fri. so excited!! I have been working on a little album and hope to get it binded soon! Will post it when completed.

WOW! I have had a fun, exciting, exhausting last couple of weeks! First CHA then grandsons here. Finally getting it back together I think! lol
A few have commented on the deserts in previous post, let me tell you they were huge!
There was 3 of us and we ordered the carrot cake in the lower right hand side of picture and brought it home & shared it later, it was awesome! Best carrot cake I've ever had!

Here is a few things we did/happened while the grandsons were here, cake making, frog scare, little brother bitting older brother on cheek! Ouch!! And a pic of the cute little face who did the scareing & bitting. Aren't they sweet! Love having them around! Keeps me on my toes for sure!












Got a little time last night to finish another page of the album I'm working on. Absolutely loving Studio 490 stamps by Wendy Vechhi!!!!!!

I have two of my grandson's with me for a few days so this will be short. They have been painting this morning and oh my goodness!!! Next time I think they better leave the paints at home!!

WOW! Had an awesome time at CHA! But Sooooo tired!! I'm sure it will take me a few days to recoup! So fun to see all the new product coming out, talk about product overload! My fav was Ranger booth and Tim Holtz booth. Loved watching Wendy V. & Tim demoing. My all time fav is the pics I got to take with my all time fav people! Here are a few pics. The flower on the front cover of the album is tricky to make. I will try do a tutorial on them when I get back from CHA and post it here on my blog.
I had just decided to go to CHA the other night so have a lot to do! Haircut, manicure, pedicure, shopping etc. etc. Wonder if I can take off 20pds by Mon.? I think not!!! I will be hitting the mall this morning as soon as it opens!! They are going to love me today! Don't know why I feel like I need new things to go but that's the way it is! lol I'm so excited to go and can't wait to do Tim Holtz make & take and watch Wendy Vecchi's demoing they are amazing!
I wanted to do Tim's class but it is on Mon. before I get there, DARN! I did sign up to do a class with Suze Weinberg called the Queen Bee, so that should be fun! Off to the mall! Thanks again everyone!

I'm so excited, I'm going to CHA (Craft & Hobby Assoc. Convention) in Orlando!
Yeaaaaaaa!! I didn't think I was going to be able to go to this one and it worked out and I'm going!! I leave Mon. so have a lot to do! Yikes!

Here is a little album that I have been working on: Front cover, 2nd & 3rd page.
I have a few old pictures from my childhood (not many I was the youngest of 6) in black & white, so wanted to do a little album to put them in. I have been doing it with grunge paper, Studio490 stamps, Graphic45 papers.
